Use the Today Page

The Today tab gives you a real-time view of the current day. Use it to check staffing coverage, follow attendance, and find available staff.

View Today's Projects​

For each project taking place today, the app shows:

  • The project name and location
  • The number of scheduled shifts
  • The number of staff currently clocked in
  • The number of staff who are late

Follow Attendance in Real Time​

  1. Find the project on the Today page.
  2. Tap Live to view attendance by shift.
  3. Tap a staff member to view their attendance details or start a conversation.

The live attendance view shows scheduled hours, who has clocked in or out, and who is late.

View Upcoming Shifts​

The Upcoming shifts section lists assignments scheduled for later in the day.

Find Staff Who Are Available Today​

The Who's available? section shows staff whose availability matches the rest of the current day. Use it to find possible replacements or additional staff before opening a shift to make an assignment.
