Navigate the manager app

Use the four tabs in the main navigation to move between the manager app's daily coordination tools:

  • Today: Follow today's projects, staffing, availability, and attendance in real time.
  • Calendar: View schedules and assignments by date.
  • Search: Find projects and staff.
  • Messages: Read and send messages.

Switch departments​

If your organization uses departments and your manager account can access more than one, choose which department to display in the app.

  1. Open Today.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Select a department, or select All departments for a combined view.
