Workstaff Is Not Up to Date

If something is not working as expected in Workstaff, make sure the app is up to date before trying other troubleshooting steps.

In general, Workstaff shows an Update available tag at the top of the page when a new version is ready. If you are unsure, you can still manually check for updates.

We regularly release updates to improve the app and fix issues.

Check for updates

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the app.
  2. Click Check for updates.

This action refreshes the app and makes sure you are using the latest version available.

If the issue continues

If checking for updates does not resolve the issue, log out of the app and log back in.

If the issue still continues after that, contact our support team for help.
