Email Workstaff Customer Success for help with Partner API access, credentials, or an integration.

When reporting a failed API request, include:

  • The HTTP method and endpoint
  • The response status and error code
  • The response correlation_id
  • The approximate date and time of the request

Do not send your Client secret or access token by email.
